Hotel pickup
We begin by touring downtown Guadalajara, from the Guadalajara Cathedral, passing by the Rotunda of Illustrious Men and the Degollado Theater, to the Hospicio Cabañas, considered a World Cultural Heritage Site for the majesty of the building itself, not to mention the frescoes painted by José Clemente Orozco. We continue on our way to Tlaquepaque, where an activity awaits in which we will discover how to make small-format figurines or handicrafts guided by artisans who create nearly identical human replicas in every detail—delicate hands, finely worked eyes and features. They will be your guides in a clay modeling practice that will allow you to appreciate the effort put into each handicraft, which you will be able to take home. Afterward, enjoy free time in this lovely town to try the local cuisine, buy souvenirs and handicrafts, or simply wander its picturesque streets.
